The Audit

Two to three weeks. All four areas. One report, ranked by dollars.

The audit is where every engagement starts, because it is the only honest way to know which seat your spa needs. It is also useful on its own. You get the report either way.

What I look at

Twelve to fifteen named items across the four seats. Each one gets a finding, a dollar estimate where one is possible, and a priority.

Operations

  • Provider utilization against capacity
  • Rebooking rate and the system behind it
  • Front desk and phone handling, including missed calls
  • SOPs: what is written, what lives in your head

Finance

  • Margin by service line
  • Pricing against margin and capacity
  • Provider compensation structure
  • Membership and package economics
  • Cash position and the next 13 weeks

Marketing

  • Google Business Profile and local search position
  • What current marketing spend is actually producing
  • The existing patient list and what is being sent to it

Technology

  • Booking, CRM, phones and forms: what talks to what
  • Manual work that should be automated
  • Where sensitive data lives, and whether it should

What you get

  • One written report, in plain English, that ranks every finding by estimated dollars.
  • A 90-day plan: what to fix first, who does it, what it should move.
  • A clear recommendation on which seat, if any, is worth filling from outside.
  • A review call to walk through it, with your manager in the room if you want.
  • Yours to keep and act on with or without me.

What you provide

  • Read access to the booking system and the last 12 months of P&L.
  • An hour with you and 30 minutes with your manager or lead front desk.
  • Logins or exports for your marketing tools and Google Business Profile.

Timeline and price

Steph: paid or free; the price if public; the timeline you can actually hold. If a sample report exists (Tech Alley or elsewhere), I will model the deliverable section on it.
